Angry Protesters in Winnipeg torn down the Queen Victoria statue over Canada’s colonial past.

VIDEOKINGS — The Queen Victoria statue toppled down by protesters in Winnipeg Canada, on CanadaDay July 1, over the death of indigenous children at residential schools.

The statue was covered with red paint before being pulled down. A smaller statue of Queen Elizabeth II was also upended.
